Everything you need to know about buying trading card packs with your debit or credit card. No crypto. No wallet. Just cards.

What We Use Stripe For

Stripe is only used for debit and credit card payments for physical trading card break entries, shipping, and related collector services. Stripe is not used for crypto, tokens, wallet funding, staking, NFTs, gambling, betting, or investment products.

What Is This?

CollectorVault Card Payments let you buy slots in live trading card breaks using your everyday debit or credit card. We open the packs live, record any hits (rare cards) you pull, and give you the choice of what to do with them.

How It Works

1. Pick a Break

Browse the available breaks on our breaks page. Each break shows the product, price per pack, and how many slots are left. Click "Buy with Card" on any break you want to join.

2. Enter Your Details

At checkout, enter:

Your email we use this to track your orders and hits
A PIN (4-6 digits) this secures your account so only you can view your hits
Your card details processed securely via Stripe

3. We Open Your Packs Live

Once the break fills, we open the packs live on stream. Every card pulled from your slot is recorded. If you hit a rare or valuable card, it is logged as a "hit" in your account.

4. View Your Hits & Decide

Ship it we send the physical card to your address
Store it we securely store the physical card until you request shipping
Request a resale quote you may ask CollectorVault for a buyback quote, but this is optional and not guaranteed
Future marketplace listing eligible physical cards may be listed for resale in future, subject to our terms and payment-provider approval

Payments & Security

All card payments are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment provider
We do not store your full card details on our servers
Prices are shown in USD and charged in your local currency where supported
You will receive an email confirmation for every purchase

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a crypto wallet?

No. This card payment system is entirely separate from our crypto platform. No wallet, no tokens, no gas fees.

What if I forget my PIN?

Contact our support team or use the PIN reset option on the My Orders page. We will verify your identity and help you regain access.

How long until my packs are opened?

Breaks open once all slots are sold. Most breaks fill within 24-48 hours. You will receive an email when your break is scheduled to open live.

Can I get a refund?

Because breaks are live events with limited slots, refunds are only available before the break begins. Once packs are opened, all sales are final.

Where do I see my order history?

Go to My Orders, enter your email and PIN, and all your purchases and hits will be displayed.
